Donal McIntosh is the Chairman/Chief Sales and Finance Officer, and co-owner of Wine Country Communities, LLC. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Washington.
Donal has over 30 years of experience in all phases of market-rate and senior housing, including site acquisition, market analysis, feasibility studies, retirement village development, sales, and marketing. He was responsible for the land acquisition and development of The Village at Canyon Lakes in Kennewick, WA. The project included over 300 villa units, 40 rental cottages, a 120-unit congregate facility with a first-class restaurant open to the public, as well as an Olympic-sized pool for water aerobics, fitness center, and meeting and crafts rooms. Donal is a University of Oregon business graduate and served as a Captain in the US Air Force.

Nathaniel (“Than” to his friends), is the CEO, and co-owner of Wine Country Communities, LLC, based in Tricities, Washington.
After a 20+ year career as a political and business/finance development strategist based in Washington, D.C., he found his passion in developing, financing, and constructing single and multifamily housing communities. Never one to mistake motion for action, Than has financed, constructed, and sold over $125MM in real estate (affordable housing developments, retirement villages, multi-family housing, and hotels) since 2011. Than was raised in Southeastern Virginia on the Chesapeake Bay, and the Outer Banks of North Carolina, and graduated from George Mason University outside of Washington, D.C. When he is not working on designing and developing beautiful places people can affordably call home, he enjoys spending time with his children, drawing and painting, old radio plays, reading, and dreaming of sailing a fast boat around the world.
Cailyn graduated from Western Washington University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing, which she used to pursue a career in real estate. She was a licensed agent/broker in three states for over 10 years. Her focus for many years was new construction, though she also has experience in resale properties and property management. Her passion has always been marketing and design with a focus on serving her customers. After taking a few years off to be a stay-at-home mom with her two children, she has returned as the Design Assistant Wine Country Communities.
Katie graduated from the American Musical & Dramatic Academy (NYC) with a degree in Musical Theatre Performance which she used to pursue a career in the performing arts. Over the past decade she’s taken her artistic and creative background to explore a variety of industries which included; photography, fashion, marketing, special events, advertising, the list goes on. These experiences enhanced her creative skillset but also provided a vast professional training. Over the years, Katie secretly had a fascination for home architecture, design and decor. So when CEO, Than Clevenger asked Katie to be the Director of Marketing for his company, she happily accepted! Since fall 2020, Katie has been putting her creativity to work, designing the logo, updating and maintaining the website, creating content for social media, launching marketing campaigns, and even designed a Wine Country fashion line!
Katie has no plans on stopping there. Her next mission with the company is to become fully trained on home design so she can assist future homeowners in creating the home of their dreams!

Lindie grew up in Prosser, Washington. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Radio/Television from Eastern Washington University, she spent a little over 20 years in marketing, advertising, and broadcasting at various network affiliates. After having her daughters, she switched careers into real estate and now enjoys marketing and selling residential homes and land for Coldwell Banker.
Volunteering in the community has always been important to Lindie. Currently, she serves on the Board of the Prosser Economic Development Association, is a member of the Rotary, a Board member of the Children’s Theater Conservatory, and a volunteer with Heartlinks Hospice. These connections, along with her relationship with Woman’s Auxiliary and local church and charity groups, will serve her well in her role at Red Blend Villas.
