Donal McIntoshDonal McIntosh

Chairman – Co-Owner


Donal has over 30 years of experience in all phases of senior housing, including site acquisition, market analysis, feasibility studies, village development, sales, and marketing. He was responsible for the land acquisition and development of The Village at Canyon Lakes in Kennewick. The project included over 300 villa units, 40 rental cottages, a 120-unit congregate facility with a first-class restaurant open to the public, as well as an Olympic-sized pool for water aerobics, fitness center, and meeting and crafts rooms. Donal is a University of Oregon business graduate and served as a Captain in the US Air Force. Donal’s experience in Village development and sales, plus his familiarity with the Tri-Cities/Prosser Market, makes him a logical choice to head up the marketing and sales team for Red Blend Villas.

Cailyn graduated from Western Washington University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing, which she used to pursue a career in real estate. She was a licensed agent/broker in three states for over 10 years. Her focus for many years was new construction, though she also has experience in resale properties and property management. Her passion has always been marketing and design with a focus on serving her customers. After taking a few years off to be a stay-at-home mom with her two children, she has returned as the Marketing Director for Red Blend Villas and Custom Taylored Homes.

Lindie DerrickLindie Derrick

Realtor/Broker – RCC (Residential Construction Certified, and CNHS (Certified New Home Specialist)


Lindie grew up in Prosser, Washington.  After receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Radio/Television from Eastern Washington University, she spent a little over 20 years in marketing, advertising, and broadcasting at various network affiliates.  After having her daughters, she switched careers into real estate and now enjoys marketing and selling residential homes and land for Coldwell Banker.

Volunteering in the community has always been important to Lindie.  Currently, she serves on the Board of the Prosser Economic Development Association, is a member of the Rotary, a Board member of the Children’s Theater Conservatory, and a volunteer with Heartlinks Hospice. These connections, along with her relationship with Woman’s Auxiliary and local church and charity groups, will serve her well in her role at Red Blend Villas.

Nathaniel (“Than” to his friends), is a proven business development and finance expert for private and public companies across North America and around the world in real estate development, corporate finance, and alternative energy, among others. 

Than is a big picture strategist, project manager, and entrepreneur, who believes in the power of simplicity and repetitive process without sacrificing creativity and collaborative teamwork.

After a 20+ year career as political and business development strategist based in Washington, D.C., he is focused on what he loves the most: Creating affordable communities for hardworking Americans.

Susan TaylorSusan Taylor

Realtor/ Broker


Susan and her husband Mitch have raised two daughters, Karson, and Maison, in a home they designed and built in west Pasco over 23 years ago.   

During the years the Taylors have purchased rental properties, which Susan also manages.  She currently oversees thirteen separate tenants, including the commercial property which houses a door shop. 

Mitch and Susan, also own and operate Taylor Made Services, Inc.  The business employs 18 people and is a door, specialty mouldings, and stair parts company which has supplied builders in the Tri-Cities for over 25 years.  This experience has given Susan the ability to benefit her real estate clients with real-time construction knowledge.  

For the past 10 years, Susan has been a top producing, award winning full-time Coldwell Banker real estate agent.  She has been able to specialize in new construction, first-time home buyer assistance, and is a certified Military Residential Specialist.  She also has received continued training for the Coldwell Banker Relocation Specialist title.  

During 2017-present, Susan has served as board chair for Three Rivers Community Foundation, and oversees a charity in memory of her daughter, The Madison Taylor Foundation.  Community involvement, and support is very important to the Taylors, and they have enjoyed being a part of the positive goals the Tri-Cities region promotes.
