He was responsible for the land acquisition and development of The Village at Canyon Lakes in Kennewick. The project included over 300 villa units, 40 rental cottages, a 120-unit congregate facility with a first-class restaurant open to the public, as well as an Olympic-sized pool for water aerobics, fitness center, and meeting and crafts rooms. Donal is a University of Oregon business graduate and served as a Captain in the US Air Force. Donal’s experience in Village development and sales, plus his familiarity with the Tri-Cities/Prosser Market, makes him a logical choice to head up the marketing and sales team for Red Blend Villas.
“I grew up here (Prosser) and didn’t think much of how lucky I was, until I returned ten years later. After dealing with the traffic and crowding of big cities like Seattle, Portland and Baltimore, it is a breath of fresh air to be in this lovely town. If you are worried about culture, I can understand your concern, but you will be surprised how sharp this place is becoming. There are new boutiques and wineries popping up all over….as well as art galleries and even a Starbucks. If you ache for more, the sprawl of the Tri-Cities is only a half hour away. Spokane, Seattle and Portland are all under three hours away… you will fall in love with this little valley town, nestled in the mountains of Eastern Washington’s wine country.”
